This year Iam the lucky family member that is hosting Easter brunch. I am a planner, which means I’ve started making my menu already.For my Easter brunch menu Iwanted a wide range of brunch recipes from bite size appetizers, to breakfast casseroles, to an Easter ham. I eat with my eyes like most people. If it looks pretty, it must be good, right? So, Ialways try to pick eye-catching recipes that are either colorful or unique, hopefully both!
