My dad isn’t vegan or veggie but me and my mum are so he’s definitely used to veggie meals and he loves them!
What I really love though, is that when I asked him “what would you like me to bake you for Father’s Day?”
He requested my rosewater scones!An unusual (but adorable) request for such an occasion.
Anyway, here are 14 recipes that I think any dads would love for father’s day, whether they’re vegan or not…

I made this recipe for St Patrick’s Day but my dad loved it so much, I made it again for him for his birthday last year!

These roasted nuts by Evi from GreenEvi.com would make a fantastic father’s day gift! You could wrap it in a paper bag or jar to give as a gift (and keep some for yourself, of course).
This soup by Sarah from WellAndFull.com is definitely a more autumnal recipe but it looks so good, I know my dad would enjoy it, even in the height of summer!

Sorry, technology glitches^. Ahem: Thanks for the recipes! It’s good to share a variety of styles, to interest humans of various taste. I shared this page in a post on social media. In regard to the Guinness, please refer to the FAQ on the Guinness site for updates. According to the information there when I accessed, kegs are vegan-safe as of 2017; bottles and cans have started production and distribution, but it is advised that interested parties defer until the end of 2017 to indulge in those, for vegan safety. My mother brought up a good point: How would we know if the cans or bottles aren’t left over from previous production? It’s possible the lovely humans at Guinness have already taken this into consideration (in the context of production and ‘use by’ dates) when giving us the aforementioned advice; it might not be a bad idea to contact the company in regard to individual purchases, and/or with this concern in general. Barnivore.com is a pretty good reference for ascertaining vegan-safe status of alcohol beverages; I encourage individual participation, by contacting companies to make inquiries and to advocate for vegan-safe policies. Sites like this are not possible without use participation; consider submission! Thanks to everyone who is vegan; who advocates for veganism; who encourages veganism, even by simply sharing great plantbased recipes! Have a blessed day!
